Progea staff have experience in Owner’s Representative and Project Monitoring in both the US and Europe with projects including warehouse facilities, corporate offices, private residencies and multi-family construction. Our staff have the ability to range a variety of such services on both new building and existing properties. Such tasks involved with these services include reviewing design documents, project schedules and budgets in addition to on-site reviews of construction in progress. At all stages we continually review, assess and mitigate client risks with a particular focus on budget, schedule, safety and quality. .

The scope of such assessments can be limited to design or construction phase only and the staffing requirements can be limited to monthly, weekly or continuous reviews of projects, depending on the needs of each client. We are also able to offer desktop reviews for lenders and equity partners.
